•    Answering phones
•    Assisting clients with queries (track & tracing)
•    Sending account copies to head office
•    Verifying of all East London accounts to be processed for payment & receipting
•    Booking client collections
•    In charge of all cash collections
•    Ensuring all cash balance with the time freight system.
•    Banking of all cash
•    Sending accounts department bank reconciliations on a weekly basis
•    Printing of stationary for clients
•    Following up on deliveries that haven’t been made by given due date
•    Ensuring all credit requests & refunds are sent up to head office
•    Generating quotes for existing & cash clients
•    Health & safety officer

•In charge of Aluxium Dashboard – Allocating queries to designated departments and updating system once feedback is received

•Attending to walk-in-clients
